Shipping Policy – FAQs
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days. Larger orders with 200 or more items may take up to 10 business days. Once an order is marked as “Accepted,” it is sent to our fulfillment team and can no longer be changed or canceled.
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 1 to 4 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1 to 3 business days
- Free Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes)
Yes, you may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, while the order is still marked as “New.” Once the order status changes to “Accepted,” it can no longer be edited or canceled.
Not at this time. We’re currently only shipping within the U.S., but we’re working toward offering international delivery in the future—stay tuned!
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to U.S. military bases at this time.
